Creators represent the brand voluntarily and agree to follow all rules, posting requirements, and communication standards. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.

Creators may only use approved brand assets provided directly by Creationsbybrii.

All internal communication is confidential. Any breach may result in removal from the creator program and permanent ineligibility.

8. Non‑Disparagement Clause

Customers, creators, and affiliates agree not to make false, misleading, or harmful statements about Creationsbybrii in any public or private setting, including social media, group chats, forums, or private communities.

This includes:

Negative commentary
False claims
Rumors
Misleading statements
Content intended to harm the brand’s reputation

Violations may result in removal from the creator program, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.
